Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Rezeis API, dashboard and delivery network ("the Service").
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your API keys. Keep secret keys server-side, rotate them if exposed, and tell us promptly at security@rezeis.click if you suspect compromise.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to distribute material you lack the rights to, to host unlawful content, or to attack or overload third-party systems. We may suspend a project that puts the platform or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.
Your content
You keep all rights to media you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service. We do not license, sell or train on your media.
Billing
Plans bill monthly in advance; metered usage bills in arrears. Failed jobs are not billed. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the period; unused allowances do not carry over.
Availability
Scale plans carry a 99.95% delivery SLA with service credits. Other plans are provided without an availability commitment. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email to account owners.
