Common questions
What is an output minute?
One minute of one rendition. A 10-minute video in four renditions costs 40 output minutes.
Do failed jobs count?
No. If a job fails on our side, or you cancel before packaging, nothing is billed.
Can I use my own storage?
Yes. Point outputs at your own S3-compatible bucket and pay only for encoding.
Is there an annual discount?
Two months free on annual billing for Growth and Scale. Contact us to switch.
What happens at the free limit?
New jobs return 402 quota_exhausted. Existing assets keep serving until reset.
Volume pricing?
Above ~200 TB per month, delivery moves to a committed Enterprise rate. Talk to sales.
