We collect what is needed to run the Service and bill it correctly, and not more.
Account data
Name, email and billing details for account owners. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and never reaches our servers.
Media you upload
Stored in the region you select and processed only to fulfil your encoding and delivery requests. We do not inspect, license or use your media to train models. Deleting an asset removes it from storage and purges it from the edge.
Operational logs
Request metadata (timestamps, endpoints, status codes, byte counts, coarse client geography) is retained for 30 days for debugging, abuse prevention and billing accuracy, then aggregated.
Playback analytics
If you enable QoE reporting, we record per-session playback quality metrics tied to a rotating session id, not to a named viewer, unless you supply your own identifier.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure providers for compute, storage and transit, and a payment processor for billing. The current list is available on request and changes are announced 30 days ahead.

Request an export or deletion of account data at hello@rezeis.click. We respond within 30 days.
